Dave and Deb met with us to explain the entire process. Dave and Debbie were very helpful. No matter how many times you buy/sell (this was our fifth home purchase), having such a professional with wide contacts reduces stress and eliminates issues that arise in the process.

Dave and Deb were absolutely great. I dealt mostly with Dave. He was always responsive, always returned phone calls and texts, always had great advice and I really felt he had my best interest in mind. He’s friendly and outgoing and I would highly recommend him for anybody looking for a really good agent

The broker, Dave Pridgen is excellent. Advice and attention to detail, questions, communication and coordination with seller is excellent. Broker knowledge of the market, both micro and macro is excellent. CB agent Dave Pridgen advised much higher asking price than other RE agents and successfully attained substantially more net proceeds from the sale, about $50,000 more. Also, their legal team, Germain, Kris and Neil, being located conveniently in the same building, nearby in the local community, did an efficient and superb job.
